The Philippine Association of Local Service Contractors (PALSCON), Inc. is a professional organization of service providers engaged in the staffing business which provide private and public corporations its requirements for talented and skilled workers.
Aside from engaging in the staffing business, the service providers include independent contractors which bid for special projects such as janitorial, messengerial, security and other services using their own people and resources and offering them to clients in need of such services.
PALSCON was incorporated in 1987 before the SEC under Reg No 139943. Its pioneer members include City Service Corporation, Corporate Executive Search and Service Resources, Inc.
